Awesome! Has improved my practice!

Never thought a mat would make so much difference to my practice. Such a great buy, easy on my joints and easy to clean too! I can hold my boat pose longer with this mat, so comfy and looks pretty too!

ELO Yoga Block Review

I've been using a foam yoga block the past year and it's not as STIFF or RIGID as this cork block i got from Elo. My hands doesn't sink on the block. In fact it helps me push myself off the ground more. Thank you so much for the birthday sale! worth every single penny!
