Shipping


We aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible! Our fulfillment team processes all online orders from Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch within 1 working day of purchase. Orders placed on a weekend or Holiday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day.

Due to travel restrictions brought by the pandemic, delivery times may vary. In general, Metro Manila deliveries will take 1-3 days, while Provincial deliveries will take 3 to 8 days.

We use Fastrack for Metro Manila deliveries, and J&T Express for Provincial Deliveries.

We’re working hard to keep shipping costs low. Orders worth 4,500 Php and above are shipped for free.

Otherwise, we charge 50 Php for shipping nationwide.

Yes, for an additional fee! But only in Metro Manila for now. To ensure an order is delivered the next working day, the order must be placed by 5pm PH time (Mon-Fri).

We can ship our items to any destination in the Philippines!

Caring for my Mat

Cleaning sprays often contain oils (essential oils are a famous ingredient) and chemicals that could affect your mat so please avoid using these. For Elo approved cleaning instructions, click here.

Our Hero Mats are made largely from natural rubber, which means that it can have a rubber smell at first. If you notice the rubber smell upon opening the box and find it bothersome, we recommend airing the mat out before your first use, and every after use until the rubber smell disappears.

Since our Hero Mats are made with biodegradable materials, leaving it under direct sunlight for prolonged periods can hasten the aging process of the mat. Of course, occasional use outside during sunny days are totally fine, but make sure to leave it under a cool or airy place after use.

Before storing you mat, make sure that it is completely dry. Once it’s ready, roll your mat with the colored side up, to avoid creases and ensure that the mat rolls out flat each time you’ll use it.

Payment

You can pay for your order using any of these payment methods:
BPI/BDO Bank Transfer, Gcash, Paymaya, Paypal, and Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard).

We take your security very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by our payment processors and the card issuer.

Definitely! Your information is directly processed by our payment providers (Paymongo or Paypal), who are heavily regulated and ensure that your information is provided with the highest protection. We do not process, store, and share any of your credit card information.

Orders and Returns

Our products are made using biodegradable materials that are 100% recyclable. With this, our products do wear out with sustained practice, just like a pair of good running shoes! Hence, we do not offer warranties from defects resulting from the normal use of the product. However, we believe that our products are built to grow with you in your practice, and you’ll get a lot of value from the products throughout its life.

If you encounter any issues with your product, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can help resolve your concern.

Definitely! We would not want any of our customers to be unsatisfied with any of their purchases. Should you be unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately


We accept returns and refunds within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided the relevant item(s) has not been handled or used and is returned in saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Return of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis. For non-faulty items, please kindly note that we will not be able to cover the cost of return or replacement shipping.


The package is your responsibility until it reaches us. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.


If you believe that you have received a defective/faulty item, please reach out to us so we can discuss how we can resolve the issue. We value your satisfaction and will be happy to make sure you get the products you deserve.
